- Available delivery options and charges are shown or confirmed for the destination.
- Tracking information is provided when the shipment method supports tracking.
- Transit estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
- Remote-area charges, customs delays, or carrier disruptions may affect the final delivery date.
Wholesale and OEM/ODM Orders
For commercial orders, we can review express, air, sea, or other suitable freight arrangements. The quotation or order confirmation will state the agreed delivery term, route, destination, and whether freight, duties, taxes, or local charges are included.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Requirements
Responsibilities vary by market and delivery term. Buyers should review local import requirements. For B2B projects, documentation and labeling needs should be shared before production so they can be reviewed as part of the project specification.
