Factory & Quality
From Molten Iron to Finished Cookware
Every mochoo pot passes through controlled industrial processes and skilled handwork. This is how strength, color and everyday performance come together.

STEP 01 · THE MELT
Electric Melting
High-quality iron is melted in electric furnaces. The melt is monitored and prepared according to the product specification before casting.
STEP 02 · THE MOULD
Automatic Sand Moulding
Our automatic sand moulding line forms a stable mould for every cookware body and lid, supporting repeatability across retail and OEM production.

STEP 03 · THE POUR
Pouring & Cooling
Molten iron is poured into the prepared sand mould. After controlled cooling, the mould is broken away and the new casting is revealed.
STEP 04 · THE BARE CASTING
Cleaning & Surface Preparation
Residual sand and excess casting material are removed. Shot cleaning and careful hand deburring prepare the surface for enamel—without CNC machining.

STEP 05 · THE ENAMEL
Three Layers, Inside and Out
Interior and exterior surfaces use different enamel slurries, with three layers applied to each. Interior options include white, cream, black and custom colors.
STEP 06 · THE FIRING
Spray, Dry & Fire
Each enamel layer is sprayed, dried and fired before the next is applied. Firing conditions are managed according to the enamel color, formulation and order specification.

STEP 07 · THE CHECK
Quality Verified
Manual inspection is supported by batch X-ray sampling, high-and-low temperature cycling and bare-pot drop testing. Acid resistance testing is also conducted.
STEP 08 · THE FINISH
OEM & Private Label Packaging
Knobs are normally fitted before packing. Colors, finishes and packaging can be developed for private-label and OEM programs.
