From Product Brief to Packed Cookware
- Product definition: intended market, shape, size, capacity, finish, packaging, and target quantity are reviewed.
- Casting and surface preparation: the cast iron body is formed and prepared for the selected enamel system.
- Color and finish development: standard colors or project-specific finishes are reviewed against the agreed reference.
- Enameling and firing: enamel is applied and fired to create the finished cooking and exterior surfaces.
- Inspection: appearance, fit, stability, finish consistency, and packaging requirements are checked against the approved specification.
- Packaging and delivery: products are packed for retail, wholesale, or private-label distribution according to the confirmed project.
Quality Checkpoints
Quality requirements are agreed before production. Depending on the product and order, checkpoints may include:
- Casting integrity and usable cooking surface
- Enamel coverage, color consistency, gloss, and visible finish
- Lid fit, handle stability, and hardware assembly
- Dimensions, capacity, and packed-product verification
- Packaging artwork, labels, manuals, and carton markings
- Final inspection criteria agreed for the project
Customization for Global Brands
Choose from 12 established color directions or develop a custom enamel finish. We also support private-label branding, custom knobs or hardware where feasible, retail packaging, instruction materials, cartons, and coordinated product assortments.
Not every finish or construction is suitable for every market or order quantity. Our team reviews feasibility before confirming a quotation or sample.
Testing and Documentation
Product requirements vary by destination and sales channel. Tell us your target market and required standards, and we will confirm the testing, documentation, labeling, and packaging requirements applicable to the project before production. We do not treat one report or specification as universal for every product and market.
